Public Safety Enterprises strives to meet or exceed the needs of our customers.

PSE is committed to providing you and your agency with the highest quality parts, service, and installation. Ultimately, PSE strives for complete customer satisfaction. We look forward to you becoming a satisfied PSE customer. PSE has been in business since 1996 and relies on repeated business from existing customers. PSE served various customers in California from 1996 to 2022 and relocated to the DFW Metroplex in 2023. PSE continues to serve its existing California clients (2024-2025) and is soliciting new customers in the DFW area.

All work is performed at 2113 Grover Lane in Rockwall, Texas 75087, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance between PSE and the client. PSE does not formally advertise and simply works on a solicitation, bidding, and referral basis only.

The PSE mission statement states that "Public Safety Enterprises strives to meet or exceed the needs of our customers.” We achieve this high level of customer satisfaction by making excellent customer service our most important goal through our quality installations, sales, and service.

PSE takes the initiative to consider the “best” installation option suitable for the goals and equipment of the customer. At PSE, we take the time to discuss installation options with the customer to determine what will work best for you. Our staff is always available to demonstrate and share with you the latest in equipment and technology that may be best suited to meet your emergency vehicle response needs.

Most of our competitors simply use wire ties to collect vital system connection components and place them under the carpet or tuck them up under the dash. At PSE, we go the extra mile for our customers. First, we measure out the exact length of the wire needed to reach the equipment without having any breaks in the electrical lines. Second, we group all wires together and wrap them tightly with 3M black electrical tape and/or heat shrink tubing. This helps to prevent water contamination and adds an extra layer of protection for the wire that is encased in it. Finally, we take the time and effort to place all wrapped wire into black plastic wire loom. This gives the neat and professional appearance that our customers insist upon and ensures that all wires are well protected.

When you purchase a new vehicle, the investment is substantial, and as such, you want it to look professional and provide your agency with a positive image. Agencies and individuals spend thousands of dollars to install state-of-the-art equipment. Naturally the customer should expect their equipment to be reliable and operate correctly when needed. It only makes sense to have that sensitive electronic equipment professionally installed in a manner consistent with the manufacturers’ recommendations. PSE takes great pride in offering the manufacturers' recommended installation practices. 

Once you have decided to have your vehicle upfitted with emergency equipment, the integrity of your vehicle should not be compromised by a poor emergency equipment installation. When PSE performs and completes your installation, we focus on keeping your vehicle safe, reliable, and professional-looking, just as the manufacturers do. PSE believes that a satisfied customer is a repeat customer. Properly and safely installed equipment means everyone goes home at the end of their shift.
